Tower climb with bell ringing

Every first and third Saturday of the month, you can experience the St. John’s Tower in a special way. The climb starts at 3:45 PM, heading to the sixth floor where you can see the impressive clockwork up close. Along the way, the Kring Vrienden van ‘s-Hertogenbosch guide tells fascinating stories about the construction, the bells, and the carillon drum. Once at the top, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view over the historic city center.

Ring the bells yourself: a unique experience!

After the view comes the special part: back on the exhibition floor, the guide invites a number of visitors to ring the bells themselves. The tower has been specially adapted for this, so you can experience how this was done by hand in the past.

Be quick!

This unique experience takes place only twice a month on Saturdays and is limited to 12 participants per climb.
