Sint Jan’s Cathedral

Back

Sint Jan’s Cathedral is rightfully considered one of the most interesting buildings of Western Europe. A visit to this church is one of the highlights of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. It is a gothic cathedral and basilica, built between 1380 and 1530 and has been under permanent and thorough restauration since the 19th century. With its large number of flying buttress statues (or sky stormers) is our Sint Jan one of the most abundantly decorated buildings of the Netherlands. Under expert supervision you may get acquainted with both the interior and the exterior of the cathedral. The guided group tours are combined with a visit to Sint Jan’s Museum.
